Do you have a bunch of stakeholders bickering about what's important with no way to consensus? Are you bored of two-dimensional dot voting? WELL DO I HAVE THE TEMPLATE FOR YOU!
Buy-a-problem (or a feature, or anything that needs to be prioritized really) helps you to figure out what matters most to your stakeholders by making them put their money where their mouth is!
This exercise is best run with a group of ten or less people in an hour long virtual session. If you don't have the time or don't want to hear the peanut gallery's opinions, feel free to run asynchronously for quick and easy prioritization!
