The briefing template is a living document to capture a 360-degree view of the problem that you are about to address and solve together as a team. It helps the team agree and stay on the same page throughout the lifecycle of the project.
When to use it:
At the start of any project, use this as a collaborative briefing mechanism to get everyone on the same page.
How to use it:
This is best done as a collaborative workshop between the team and as many stakeholders you may have identified that will be impacted by the problem or its execution.
