Benefits Mapping

Benefits maps are one-page depictions of the logic that links a proposed investment with desired outcomes. The template helps map outcomes for a project.

The benefits mapping identifies the benefits and shows the story over time. In other words, maps are a picture on a page. They depict the logic of how the initiatives  (generally on the left) on a project or programme help achieve the outcomes (right-hand side) and how they relate to each other.
