What is this board about?

Breaking the Ice. Setting the sails for the meeting. Choose your funny animal avatar, explaining how you feel today.

How can it be used?

Check how the attendants feel

You start the session and ask everyone to choose an avatar that reflects their emotions that day. The name can be written down on the Sticky Note and be attached to the avatar. To understand the motivation of the attendents, the avatar should be placed inside the image. We check the motivation by the placement on the background (top= very motivated, bottom= more in a relaxed and lazy mood).

Working Together

Include this icebreaker at the start of the meeting. After that you can get serious and know how to estimate the mood of everyone attending. The whole team knows about the mood and motivation and can handle the situation easier and better.
