Basics made Visual

This board has been designed to introduce participants to Miro.

The facilitator can either send the board in advance or use it to onboard attendees at the beginning of the meeting.

How to use the template:

The board is a visual support to explain the basics tools to hold a collaborative meeting through Miro.

1. Navigation using either the touchpad and the mouse:

• Moving around;

• Zooming in and zooming out.

2. How to follow participants:

• Attendees can choose to follow the facilitator or presenter during a meeting by clicking on their image/name on the top corner on the right side of the board. 

3. Basic tools to collaborate in a meeting:

• Arrow to select elements on the board;

• Post-it notes to write down ideas;

• Comments to leave feedback, mention a colleague and work asynchronously.

After this brief introduction, the attendees are ready to explore the board and enjoy collaboration.
