Association Cards – Visual Icebreaker & Conversation Starter
This board is designed to spark meaningful conversations in online workshops, retrospectives, or team-building sessions. It features a photo of a real deck of association cards spread out on a table. Participants are invited to place their avatar or a sticky note on the image that resonates most with them.

How to Use:
Ask participants to look at the spread of cards.
Invite them to choose one image that reflects how they feel, what they’re thinking, or something they want to share.

Use the blank space on the board to add your own prompt or question (e.g., “Which card represents your current mood?” or “Which image reflects your biggest challenge right now?”).
