Start your meetings and workshops on a positive note by showing some love to your teammates. Use this Appreciation Circle template as an icebreaker and let team members write down the things they appreciate the most about others.

How to use it:

Are you ready to feel warm and fuzzy with your team? It’s time for a love bomb! Here’s how it works:

• Add pictures on the board for each team member.

• Set a timer for 5 minutes – don’t forget to pick your background music!

• Instruct everyone to add sticky notes around each picture that describe things they love about that person.

• When time’s up, go around the board and read out what everyone shared. It’s sure to put smiles on everyone’s faces and get them warmed up for your meeting or workshop.
