Use this template for your Year in Review Retrospective and make it the wholesome, personal Retro your team needs during the holidays and the end of the year.

1. Start the meeting with a thematic icebreaker to set the tone.

2. Set your expectation for the meeting, and see if your team is in the right mind space for this kind of retrospective. Tell them it's going to require some mental energy as it is going to take them through all last year, but it will feel amazing and is certain to leave them all with a smile at the end.
