Animal Crossing Themed Retro and Icebreaker

This retro board is themed based on the popular game Animal Crossing New Horizons.

You start off with Isabelle, who will direct your team to create an "Island Name" and flag. This should take about 5 minutes and is a great icebreaker to get everyone working together.

From here you can navigate the board using the Warp Pipes. The different areas are as flows:

• Olive at the southern beach - Shoutouts! A place to give specific kudos to team members who went above and beyond

• Lucky on Bell Island - Overall things that have gone well. What did we achieve? What should the team be proud of?

• Marshall at a wasp incident - What went wrongs. Talk about things that could have gone better recently.

• Tia at Town Hall - Brainstorm potential solutions to the issues discussed with Marshall. No wrong answers here.

• Beau at The Roost - Review existing experiments and iron out ideas for new ones based on your brainstorming.

• Shooting stars with Judy - Find out what your team members would like for the team or project. Big picture items. Get creative.

• The End - Ask team members to pick up flowers and place them on the star rating they feel the retro met. (Replace "Facilitator" with your own name)
