Business Model Game

The Business Model Game created by PNO Consultants for the AI-CUBE project, is a tool to help organizations explore and imagine what the future of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Big Data in the process industry will look like.

Through this fun and interactive Business Model Game, players will get into the shoes of different key actors in the value chain and reimagine the status quo of the process industries, analyzing the current state of Artificial intelligence and big data in the process industries and defining their future.

Unravel the ideas that could impact the process industry and make them thrive! Provided with an overview of the existing value chains, main business problems and opportunities, and the most common Al and Big Data technologies used to tackle them, players will explore the status quo and create new Al and Big Data-driven business models for the process industries.
