Affinity Jam Session
The objective of this Miro board is to help organize user data, articulate problems, and generate opportunities with the data collected from the usability testing & survey results. I was excited to build this Miro board as it uncovered relationships in data that established a design direction in the next phase of the UX cycle.
This board allows researchers & designers to categorize items from user testing and survey data into reasonable insights. The team will go around in 'round robin' format to share their notes on the Affinity Jam Session frame, then move into the User Flow, and will end with "How might we..." statements. There are extra frames for the team to store notes, such as User Needs, Visual Design Challenges, and so on. This session takes roughly 90 minutes to complete.
