A24 Retro with Mad Libs Icebreaker

Do you have a team of film nerds? This might be the retro for them!

Start out with a 10 minute MadLibs ice breaker based on film synopses of Everything, Everywhere, all at Once and Lamb. Facilitator notes include information on how to create your own.

Retro includes standard Retro topics such as what-went-wells and what-went-wrongs, as well as segments asking your team to discuss how they prioritize and asking the group to dig into issues that everyone may be avoiding or sweeping under the rug.

Much like many A24 films, this may not be the most comfortable retro, but it should eke out some much needed discussion and dialogue between team members.
