8-Square SWOT Analysis Template

The 8-square SWOT template expands upon the traditional 4-square template by moving the prior four squares to the outside of four new squares. The four prior squares are then compared against one another to develop ideas and recommendations for your business and/or product(s). For example, a strength your business has may relate to a threat you want to address, so you can write down an idea for improving your business or product(s) in the square where these two intersect.
