4 in 1 Retrospective
This retrospective is ideal for teams to evaluate specific aspects of the sprint and find points of improvement and evolution.
The template contains all the elements you need to work with a team and how-to notes.
How to use this template:
Start reading the agreements and opening space for the group to approve them. Later, always try to remember the aim of the retrospective and read the primary directive, even if the group is used to the retrospective.
The Ice breaker (step 2) is completely optional, also it could be changed for another dynamic or eliminated. Even though, I believe that it is a good way to connect people to the meeting.
Stage 3, here we are in the actual retrospective and we will start the gathering of information to create a conversation and evaluate our sprint to understand what is good and what we could improve.
Stage 4: It is fundamental to get an action plan to guarantee the evolution of our actions, processes, and learnings. This will guarantee that not only we will know our weaknesses as a team but also we will be able to act to improve them.
