"15 Words" is a Concise Elevator Pitch
How to use this template:
Keep it simple and stupid! The "15 Words" method is a concise version of the Elevator Pitch, where the Elevator Pitch may only be 15 words.
It can be used to describe a large variety of things like a project / product / company / group or even an individual.
Participants are asked five questions, each of which must be answered. These questions are then brought together to clearly state the goal in a 15 word sentence.
Instructions:
1. At the beginning these five questions need to be answered clearly. All questions are written down by the team with the help of stickies.
2. Then the group decides on the most relevant points. These are usually the points that have been written down by the most people.
3. The group transfers the selected answers to this workspace so that they have everything important in view.
4. The group then summarizes these points in a sentence with a maximum of 15 words. It makes sense to draft three to five such sentences and then decide on one.
