I'm Sahar, a mid-level UX researcher with a background in service design. My decade-long experience as a graphic designer and illustrator led me to discover my passion for UX research during my master's program at MICA. I specialize in qualitative methodologies though I have a special interest in information architecture. My love of all things organization not only helps me create effective and user-friendly systems, but also effective and user-friendly templates for synthesis and analysis!
