At Hiro Studio, we have a long-standing passion for Miro and for helping organizations unlock their full potential. We were part of the platform’s community from its earliest days (back when it was RealtimeBoard), and we’ve grown alongside it—experimenting, building, and sharing best practices before “visual collaboration” went mainstream. That deep familiarity means our clients get more than technical proficiency; they gain a partner who knows how to use Miro strategically to change the way people work together.
Our founder, Jonathan White, has played an active role in shaping the Miro Community. He’s led countless Virtual User Group workshops, spoken at Miro’s annual Canvas (formerly Distributed) conference four times, and holds multiple community badges—including Miro MVP, Miro Hero, Enterprise Advocate, Creator Community, and now Solution Partner. This vantage point gives Hiro Studio unique insight into both the platform’s evolving capabilities and the real-world needs of teams who depend on it.
Equally important to our edge is Hilary Jenkins, Hiro Studio’s Creative Director. Hilary brings a rare blend of design leadership and creative intuition, translating complex strategies and data into clear, compelling visual systems. She ensures every board has a strong visual language—accessible, on-brand, and purpose-built—so participants instantly know where to start, how to contribute, and where they’re headed next. Her eye for hierarchy, colour, typography, and composition turns boards into experiences that people remember, share, and reuse.
We combine this community leadership and design excellence with our core craft: designing collaborative visual experiences. Where many teams still rely on static slide decks, we build dynamic, interactive environments that turn overload into clarity. Whether it’s a strategic retreat, executive offsite, complex stakeholder workshop, or hybrid event across time zones, our boards are not just pretty canvases—they’re guided systems that move people through discovery, decision-making, and alignment.
Because we understand both Miro’s features and human behaviour inside collaborative spaces, we design flows that are intuitive, inclusive, and action-oriented. Leaders leave with tangible outputs and a shared sense of ownership over the path forward. And because our boards are built to last, teams can return to them after the session as a living reference point—keeping momentum long after the workshop ends.
