Collaborate on a Miro board in real time
Need to sync with a teammate on a project? Good news—you don’t have to wait for an empty meeting room at the office or even share your screen over video call. All you need to do is create a new Miro board, click on the blue Share button at the top right, and invite others to edit your board with you.
Whether you’re starting a live brainstorming session or diagramming together, Miro’s real-time collaboration features make it easy to keep up with your team no matter where you are. All you need is the internet and your preferred device.
Edit a Miro board asynchronously
Maybe your team’s working across time zones — or maybe you’d just rather not have another meeting. Either way, Miro makes async collaboration a breeze. Share your Miro board with your teammates and have them add content in their own time, knowing you’ll always see their latest contributions the next time you log on.
Share your thoughts on your teams’ work by adding comments on your board and tagging each other to stay in the loop on important discussions.
Run a presentation
Looking to put a few presentation slides together? Why not do it straight from your Miro board? When you click Present on the top right of your board, you enter Interactive Presentation Mode — allowing you to present your work to those you’ve shared it with.
Break your ideas down into Frames and arrange them in the order you’d like to present them in. With multiple Frames lined up, all you’ll have to do is click on the arrows to take your team through your ideas. But if you’d like, you can take them through your entire Miro board too.
Host a live workshop
But why not take your presentations up a notch with a workshop? Host a live walkthrough of your Miro board and let participants share their thoughts or ask questions using live reactions.
Keep things interactive by hosting an anonymous voting session on the spot, and stay on schedule using the built-in Timer tool. And if you feel like it, why add a bit of background music right from your Miro board?
