Docs Updates
Support for multiple widgets: Users can now drag and drop Grids, Portal and Code block in a doc.
User mentions: Users can now mention other users within docs, similar to the board mentions.
Templates library update
All templates have been redesigned for a smoother workflow, with new widgets like Dot Voting and People Widget. Additionally, Intelligent Templates now include a SAFe methodology pack and daily sync templates. These enhancements integrate Miro AI, Sidekicks, and interactive tools for improved engagement.
eDiscovery
eDiscovery is an API that enables admins to identify and collect relevant Miro data to help them ensure legal compliance.
Enterprise Guard Updates:
Legal Hold: Enterprise Guard’s legal hold functionality enables admins to find, preserve and export information related to legal cases or investigations. With Legal Hold, admins can make sure boards are prevented from permanent deletion and preserve versions of boards indefinitely to prevent spoiling of evidence.
Intelligent Guardrail Block sharing outside allowed domains: Admins can set up lists of permitted domains per board classification level and automatically restrict sharing outside of allowed domains to ensure a safer collaborative environment.
Data Residency in the US
Customers who require data residency in the US can now be provisioned in our US regional workspace.
New admin interface
The Miro Admin Console has a new look and feel, informational architecture, and navigation to help enterprises expand their Miro deployments. This new admin interface improves configuration workflows, enables admins to get to their resources faster, and reduces time spent toggling between pages.
Admin 2FA Resets
Admins now have the ability to reset 2FA for any users that are obliged to use 2FA due to the policies set by the admin. This provides a smooth resolution for 2FA sign on issues without needing to escalate to customer support.
Bugs and other improvements:
Quill Update: Text editing library has been upgraded to a modern version of Quill, improving performance, fixing bugs, and fixing some input problems for Korean and Japanese text entry. Formatting no longer carries over to new lines automatically.
Spaces - Team picker improvements: Team picker is updated to a drop down and users can pin teams and drag-and-drop them to define a custom order.

Planner updates
Filter by active sprint: Users can see all tickets by default. To focus on the current sprint, turn on Active Sprint filter via the Filter icon in the top-right menu after selecting Sprint.
Add unassigned to Planner: Users can filter or organize unassigned tickets into a column or swimlane for better visibility and workflow management.
Bugs and other improvements:
Spaces sidebar loading performance: Instead of waiting 2-5 seconds for the spaces sidebar to load, users can now interact with it immediately after opening it from a board.

Capture group sentiment with Alignment scales, offering a dynamic way to visualize how everyone feels.
Spinner wheel
Add a touch of fun with Spinner wheels, randomly selecting options from a spinning wheel.
T-shirt sizes
For task estimation, offer an intuitive alternative to Story points by using T-shirt sizes.
Sticky stack
Streamline brainstorming by letting users easily grab and place notes on the board with Sticky stacks.

Docs Updates
Multiple updates are available to Docs, including: export to PDF, image formatting and text color formatting.
Miro AI attribution
In the info tab in context menu, users can find information for content generated using Miro AI, where it will state that the content is created by “user X, using Miro AI”. This is applicable for Sticky notes, diagrams (shapes), images, docs, clusters, sticky notes translation, stickies capture.
Updated Audit logs retention policy
Indefinite retention of Audit logs is being updated to 180 days retention policy.

SCIM email change validation rules
We have updated the validation rules for changes to email addresses via SCIM. To enhance security and ensure proper management of user accounts across multiple organizations, we have added a managed user check, target email domain verification, and domain control and SSO verification.

Enterprise Guard: Legal Hold
Enterprise Guard customers are able to create legal holds based on users and their actions to help them comply with legal requirements. In a few clicks, admins can create new cases based on specific keywords, users or user actions and gain access to unlimited board version history.
Enterprise Guard: Admin UI Update
All Enterprise Guard related capabilities are now grouped together in a dedicated menu category in the left hand pane of the admin user interface. This will help increase their visibility and make it easier for administrators to navigate around the admin console.
Tailor diagrams with custom shapes
Custom shapes let you tailor diagrams to your specific industry or project needs. You can upload your custom shapes as SVGs and easily share your custom shape packs for diagramming with your entire organization.

Admins can now find and secure sensitive content using keyword searches to protect confidential company information. Keyword searches can be enhanced with the ability to search for boards that contain Jira cards or code blocks in addition to keywords which return highly specific results that can be automatically classified and secured.
