About the Team

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Workplace Coordinator to join the Operations branch of the Workplace Services team in Amsterdam, and help bring our brand new Amsterdam HQ to life.
About the Role
What you’ll do
- Be the face of the Workplace Team, acting as the go-to for all workplace-related support and requests
- Partner with vendors, contractors, and the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service delivery (think hospitality, operations, catering, visitor experience)
- Support onsite events and community engagement, fostering connection and engagement across teams
- Be responsible for key processes tied to the employee lifecycle: onboarding tours, knowledge management, workplace communications, and employee experience
- Ensure our Amsterdam hub remains a comfortable, functional, and inspiring space, always with a “wow” factor
- Uphold and evolve our visitor policy, office policies, and daily operations in line with global standards
What you’ll need
- 2+ years’ experience in workplace operations, hospitality, events, or a related customer experience-focused role
- A strong hospitality mindset. You thrive on delivering great service and creating welcoming, people-first experiences
- Confidence in event planning and coordination, including managing logistics, stakeholders, and vendors
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and positively in English (Dutch is a plus!)
- Strong vendor management skills with a knack for negotiation and service quality oversight
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where every day can look different
- You genuinely enjoy creating great spaces and moments that bring people together

02. Hiring Manager

An interactive presentation to see your skills in action, based around a particular case study or business problem.
