About the Team
Australia is the hub for the APAC region at Miro with 70 employees across the region based in Sydney, Melbourne and Singapore.
Our Sydney hub is a cross-functional team of GTM specialists at the forefront of Miro's growth strategy, partnering with the world's largest companies to drive innovation and transformation through visual collaboration. We're a high-energy, collaborative team focused on establishing Miro as a strategic platform within our customers' organisations and expanding our enterprise footprint.
About the Role
What you’ll do
- Act as the first and second line of IT support, handling both walk-up issues and tickets submitted via our service desk platform (Jira)
- Provide on-site support for our Sydney office, including setup and troubleshooting of hardware (primarily Mac devices), A/V systems, and office peripherals (e.g., printers)
- Support SaaS applications (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian, Miro, 1Password), including account provisioning and de-provisioning via Okta
- Assist with MDM (Jamf) administration and IAM processes to ensure secure and compliant access control
- Provide basic networking troubleshooting, including Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity
- Collaborate with global IT teams to maintain accurate IT Asset Management (ITAM) records and improve support processes
- Support internal events by assisting with A/V setup (Google Meet, Zoom), livestreams, and hybrid meeting equipment
- Operating Systems: macOS (Mac-only environment), select Windows devices
- SaaS & Collaboration Tools: Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Google Meet, Atlassian, Miro
- IAM & Security: Okta, 1Password
- Ticketing & Documentation: Jira, Confluence
- Device Management: Jamf (MDM)
What you’ll need
- 4-6 years of experience in IT Support / IT Administration or a similar role
- Experience supporting macOS devices in a professional, enterprise-grade environment
- Strong knowledge of SaaS applications, user management, and provisioning
- Familiarity with IAM/SSO, MDM, and IT asset management practices
- Confident troubleshooting networking issues at the end-user level
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
