About the Role
We need someone who’s an owner, can do many things well vs few things extremely well, someone who’s passionate about building great software.
What you’ll do
- Lead the end-to-end design of the Miro Insights platform with a focus on bringing the product to market, learning from customers and iterating on finding a product fit for a wide range of customer segments
- Measure the success of your solutions with the team and iterate on them, bringing a customer and UX mindset to the team and setting a high bar for a quality experience
- Collaborate closely with designers and product teams to establish common display of data and interactions with our AI tools, and canvas objects
- Collaborate closely with UXR and analytics to turn insights into high-quality designs. Work with content design & engineering partners to ensure solid implementation in production
- Work closely with our design system team and accessibility team to ensure all workflows integrate seamlessly into the large Miro design system and are accessible by all our customers
What you’ll need
- 5+ years of product design experience with evidence of systematic design thinking and having implemented delightful product experiences with a strong customer fit and demonstrated business impact
- Experience validating new products, and iteratively validating and finding product marketing fit
- Worked with large teams (15+ designers) in mid-to-large product companies (200+). Experience with enterprise applications and services is a plus
- Strong visual and interaction design. Ability and proven examples of sweating the details and shipping quality detailed interactions with the team
- Experience working with design systems, accessibility and implementing these at scale across a product
- Expert technical knowledge and skills: in Figma, working with advanced capabilities such as libraries and analytics, variants, autolayout, and dev mode, as well as building out prototypes to successfully validate experiences with customers
- Framer is a bonus (ability to implement designs start to finish

The reasonably estimated salary range is specific to New York and may not be applicable to other locations. The range for this role is $148,280 to $185,350. Final compensation and total package components will be based on individual factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
