Starting in August 2025, Miro’s Graduate Program is designed to give recent graduates a head start in their careers. You’ll get hands-on experience, working on real-world projects. What’s more, you’ll have the unique opportunity to work under the guidance of expert Mironeers, ensuring you get the most out of this practical learning experience.
We understand you might be exploring your specialization at this career stage, and might still be looking into various roles. That’s precisely why our program includes a unique team rotation element. This allows you to explore various areas of our business, gaining an in-depth understanding and helping you find your niche.
What to expect as a Software Engineer
As a software engineering graduate, you’ll gain experience across a broad spectrum. From working with the product development team that builds features millions of users love while understanding how we use data to achieve this — we’ve got you covered. You’ll collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, analysts, and UX researchers to address customer problems, brainstorm solutions, experiment, observe behavior changes, and iterate as needed. And you’ll be part of the entire development life cycle, from product ideation to production and monitoring results. You’ll also see how Data & Machine Learning inform decision-making at Miro, and deliver product capabilities like Miro Assist. You’ll work with tools such as Kotlin, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, AWS, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes.
What to expect in Product Design
As a product design graduate, you will focus on learning, growing, and bringing a fresh perspective to the Miro experience. You’ll collaborate closely with UX research and analytics, learn how to turn insights into high-quality designs, and work with content design and engineering partners to ensure solid implementation in production. Your goal will be to explore the customer experience, identify opportunities, and design high-quality solutions.
What you’ll focus on in Product Management
As an associate product manager, you will develop a detailed understanding of the market, the competitive landscape, and the opportunities to serve our users and customers better. You’ll collaborate with teams across the business to deliver product improvements, including engineering, design, marketing, and legal. This will allow you to learn to analyze the performance of existing products and identify ways to improve them.

So, what are the requirements?
- Eligible candidates currently hold or are in the process of obtaining a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant study, with graduation within the last 12 months.
We are not considering boot camp graduates, but we will keep evaluating this route in the future. Candidates must be:
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Available to start a full-time position in our 12-month program beginning in August of the coming year
- Able to commute to our Miro office in Amsterdam
